| Systems Engineer |
Configures and controls the S80 streaming hardware and audio interface at events to insure live video and audio streams reliably. He or she works with client technical staff to interface with FoH console (as applicable), optimally place dynamic and condenser microphones (including wireless) to mic event sound sources, configure system gain structure and record multiple channels of live audio. Applies real-time filters (delay, reverb, compression, etc.) to sound sources as necessary. The systems engineer also operates the video mixer, providing real-time feedback via close circuit communication to videographers. |
Seven years experience mixing live sound for concert or theatrical events with demonstrated ability to set system gain structures, levels and equalization, apply filters and optimally place microphones (including wireless) for a variety of live music - from jazz to rock to choiral. Five years experience using audio interfaces (Pro Tools, Focusrite, MOTU, Apogee, etc.), creating group and bus mixes and using DAWs such as Pro Tools or Logic. Thorough understanding of principles of sound and live audio such as SPL, feedback, phasing, dynamic range, headroom, compression and limiting. Proven ability to use condenser and dynamic microphones correctly and optimally. Demonstrated team leadership experience. Must love audio and love to innovate and learn new technologies. Must be motivated and reliable. |

| Production Manager |
Leads on-site streaming team consisting of systems engineer and videographers to produce and stream live concert, theater and training events. Schedules streaming teams for events and handles all event logistics, including equipment procurement and transportation. Insures systems engineer and videographer completes load-in to live stream within one hour of arrival on client site. Communicates with client and engineering team regarding staging, video and audio configuration, and lighting. Communicates with client staff to understand and resolve real-time event requirements changes and resolve unforeseen issues. |
At least five years experience leading video and audio production teams. A proven ability to listen, communicate effectively and work well with artists, speakers, presenters and engineers to resolve problems courteously, patiently, methodically and professionally. A willingness and ability to develop relationships with key vendors/partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior and demonstrated organizational, planning and problem solving abilities. Familiarity with live streaming and video and audio. Must be motivated and reliable. |

| Videographer |
Video concerts, theater and corporate events using prosumer HD video cameras (on and off tripod) in low and variable light and high motion environments in manual mode. Optimally configure camera white balance, gain, aperture, shutter speed and focal length for lighting conditions. Level tripod and adjust head fluidity. Synchronize camera time codes and use microphone to record balanced audio. Configure off-camera lighting as required. |
At least five years experience shooting concert, theater or sports video using prosumer (Canon XH-A1/G1, XL-H1/G1, Sony HVR-Z(1/5/7)U, Panasonic HVX-200/A) cameras in low and variable lighting conditions. Must have experience shooting in manual mode with an expert ability to optimally configure camera white balance, gain, aperture, shutter speed and focal length dependent on lighting conditions and subject matter. Must have experience configuring off-camera lighting. Experience shooting for live streaming preferred.
