S80 Streaming Media may, in its discretion, participate in the defense of any such claim or action and any negotiations for its settlement or compromise. If, within sixty (60) days of the first communication, You and S80 Streaming Media fail to resolve the matter, You shall then proceed to litigation in the forum described in Section 17 of these Terms of Use.


19. Violation of these Terms of Use; Termination

20. General
